Problem Statement

This has been the era of online commerce, whether it be for groceries, jewelry, books, or furniture. People try to look for suitable options on the internet before even setting foot in their neighborhood stores. There are already many E-Commerce stores to meet daily needs. The goal of Delta was to create one such top-notch online store for luxury furniture. However, as e-commerce has grown, so too has the quality of e-commerce websites, and people's perceptions of its reliability have changed. As a result, when Delta created a simple WordPress website, it lacked both quality (slow loading and zero functionality) and user interest.

Solution

We wanted to create a website that is on par with other well-known websites worldwide and has the feel of a high-end furniture website.As a result, we went on to develop a website with high-resolution images, 3D integration, and customizable features that added a new dimension.

We got the brief from our client where they mentioned how they want to revamp their website and create a World-Class E-Commerce platform for luxury furniture.

We conducted extensive research, examining other E-Commerce furniture, determining their target market and niche within the furniture, and attempting to comprehend the industry and business model, including pricing, product range, and unique selling propositions.

We conducted market research to understand customer preferences, competition, and trends and the kind of E-Commerce they prefer browsing.

10th Nov 2022

A mobile-friendly website was created from scratch with an appealing and user-friendly interface, with a stronger back engine for loading faster, for browsing and purchasing furniture. but we felt it needed more than that.

25th Nov 2022

We provided color selection options on the website and integrated 3D furniture model designs. We kept the feature where website visitors could take a picture of their space and arrange their furniture to see if it is appropriate for the space in order to make sure our audience receives a more customized product.

10th Dec 2022

AI algorithms were integrated to analyze customer data, including browsing history, purchase patterns, and preferences, to provide personalized product recommendations.

17th Dec 2022

The website for Delta has been launched and is now operational. However, as time passes, we make improvements to the website and hope to incorporate augmented reality to create a never-before-seen website.
